We efficiently meet our customers’ requirements using fully automatic high speed presses with capacity up to 500 MT and speeds up to 300 spm for lamination punching. These machines have auto skewing and auto stacking capabilities and are equipped with hi tech decoilers, S-type sheet straighteners & geared feeders for running high precision progressive tools.
We have extensive line of in-house CNC microprocessor based winding machines. These are latest dual drive machines which can run up to 4500 rpm making them high output of about 45 pcs/min and even more depending on the winding parameters. We have 4 separate lines of winding machines totaling to 60 winding heads and can make different models at the same time. Our current daily output is 6000 Per day on a 12Hr shift. On these machines BLDC motor are also winding. Each stator is delicately handled and is checked with state of the art accurate Jabbal Surge machines which checks the each winding on over 20 parameters making the process complete error free. We have a proven records of less than 0.5% rejections/failures at delivery saving massively on cost, time and reputation. Please see our pictures section to see our process and packing standards.
We have developed an extensive in house hi-perming facility for decarburization and annealing of our laminations to increase their efficiency and reduce their watt losses by forming a uniform lamination grain structure. These laminations are heat treated in a specific environment of gases and steam to reduce carbon level to a bare minimum. The laminations also develop a thin coating of ferrous oxide during this process, effectively insulating the layers from one other and further reducing core losses. All this process is done using PNG gas which is more environment conscious, more efficient and hence reduces costs.
We have an in-house rotor die casting facility with high precision machines and high tech furnaces for better quality molten material to ensure high conductivity and porosity. We offer both types of casting centrifugal and power injection.
